Hi,
I posted about an ELe Green Farming and didn't get much responce except you can't. Is there anything out there in any profession that can do........let s say Scar Eater, Tom Tom, Woe or any of them Solo? I know the War with a Paragon can do Broodmother.
Thanks for the help

Depends on your requirements if your after a load of scar eaters to sell on then you want something that's fast and that's never been my style.
You should be able to get with a spirit spam build that's how I did it.
Or buy it from another player its an easy farm and someone is bound to be selling one.

Every profession can farm Greens, most if not all of the greens with the right build.
However, some players can farm greens, some can't.

Since the nerf to Sliver Armor that makes it no longer target any one foe, the time it takes to farm a green has gone up significantly but any boss can still be farmed you just have to be original about it.
There is no one build that can blanket farm a boss anymore but that doesnt mean an ele cant farm bosses just means that you have to play with stuff and try to make one that can.

Scare eaters only worth a few k these days - was seriously over farmed ages ago by a/e and e/a ( i used to farm him just for the chance of elite monk tome and even then it took several tries to get a green so not really worth it ).
As DarkKnight said about sliver nerf - that makes it even harder and for eg scareater you rely on being mobbed and he was one boss sliver hit first time 100% of the time and he would die easily as it locked on him but now id assume if it jumps then hes just going to heal himself and others making it a whole lot longer.
Only suggestion i can make is see an old post about boss farming and work thru whuch profs you can use and see which are viable still - there was an old boss farm with mantids which a sv 55 necro could hide behind rock and kill boss .. did that on my sin ( yes a 55 sin lol ) and that still works as far as im aware.
Yesterday in grenths footprint i decided for fun see how hard stone summets were and the small groups i took on were quite fun and the boss when left till last took a few mins to kill but dropped 2 greens ( if you`ve ever farmed grenths you`ll know the greens are common and also easily dropped ).
For now its def trial and error and sadly some may need heros to enchant which lessens your green chances.
And plz dont farm claws of the broodmother - they are that common and worthless even the merchant is starting to dislike buying them lol and quite a lot of ppl have probs giving them away free to ppl and probably most raptor farmers this weekend will just leave them on floor when dropped .

I farmed ton of greens this weekend with a spirit spammer. Yes, you can solo most areas but it's really effective to bring a long a full party with really directed damage (something like discord where you can call a target and it dies rather than the minions taking out your boss too early). The trick is to get a feel for the mob around the boss and if any particular foe needs to be removed (like an annoying healing monk or a dervish that wipes your spirits). You then flag your party off the radar (so they are greyed out on the party window) and go ahead and take out the boss.
Sadi's Benediction - Nice green protection staff with 20% enchanting mod. Good for ER Protters. You can run all the way to the boss and have your party take out any Reapers (they seem to wreck havok on the spirits).
Sorrow's Furnace - Pretty easy. Just follow the left hand wall and go in a clockwise direction, using the gears to open doors as needed. Have your party take out the Priest of Sorrows since they are very annoying with Resurrect. Be wary of degeneration.
The Nightbringer - Good one to bring a party with you to clear some mobs on the way. The boss is a pop up group so you need to run up to the spot and wait for them to appear. He hits you with a lot of degeneration, so it's best to have your spirits up and then run away.
